Sagging monitor

Purchased off Amazon. I mounted my 34in ultra wide monitor and the arm is at a downward angle despite the monitor being less than the 22lb max weight limit. Will be purchasing a different brand. Should work fine with a much lighter monitor.

Monitor arm broke and damaged my setup and no help is provided

My monitor is only 10lbs and the stand could not withstand its weight. The monitor arm broke damaging my monitor and the screw left a hole in my $700 deal. The warranty expired less than a month ago and customer service said they could not do a single thing aside from helping me repurchase another monitor arm. I asked what if the same incident occurred again what would they do, and they responded that they do "not have the ability to reimburse more than the cost of the item purchased". So they can refund me $40 although it cost me over $700 in damages.

Works great

Setup and adjustment are easy enough, and I could get my monitor where I wanted it. My only complaint is that the arm is nearly at its maximum capacity and is flexing with my 18 pound monitor on it, but the pivot point that allows the screen to rotate also lets me correct that droop on how this appear.
