READ BEFORE YOU BUY

This desk gets a 2/5 for the fact that it works as advertised and it's not super expensive.

1. The instructions. These are split into two different sets (frame + desktop), but there is no indication of this, so you're left to discover that fact and be really confused once you get to building the desktop.
2. The frame. VIVO builds the frames to be swappable for other desktops, meaning the instructions are the SAME whether your desktop is 60", 64", 71", etc. The instructions state, literally, "adjust to your desired length for your desk". Very ambiguous and unclear information when the exact opposite is needed.
3. The parts. None of them are labeled. This isn't a $50 IKEA nightstand, it's a $700 desk with a variety of components. It's always lovely being forced to eyeball back-and-forth between a tiny little graphic and a mass of very similar screws/parts.
4. The shipping. The frame and the desktop arrive in two separate packages, which is not stated anywhere that I saw when purchasing.

I'll also throw one more in - part H (Outer Extension Crossbar) is difficult to find because the graphic is quite bad/confusing. It was the only logical piece left for the step I was on, yet I still spent 10 minutes looking for the crossbar because of that confusing graphic.

Regardless of quality, everything else about the process was slightly painful. I understand VIVO is a very new company but I can't see myself buying from them again.

Love the size of desk

Great size desk. Would give 5 stars but having a hard time finding an undermount keyboard tray that will attach to the bottom of the desk. Too many bars and cross connectors on the underside of the desk.
