RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization), please contact us to receive your RMA # before shipping your item back.  We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.  Restock fees may apply for items ordered in error.  Damages and Lost Packages should be reported right away.

Refunds or replacements may take up to 2 business days to process upon receipt of the return.

 

WARRANTY
VIVO honors the Warranty specific to the product purchased.  We have a full Customer Support and Tech Staff ready to troubleshoot and assist with any warranty claims. 

VIVO is not responsible for providing box(es) or packing materials for any return shipments. Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be processed. Any product utilized in food processing must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.  Failure to report lost items or items that arrive damaged within 30 days of expected delivery date may result in denial of reimbursement.
