CCA is aluminm wire

This is aluminum cabling.CCA causes problems, poor connections.Higher resistance than copper cabling.

Cheap Alternative

If you are looking for 100% copper wire this isn’t it tough to pull from box without Kinking.

Complete Junk Made Several cables all had shorts

I may not be a professional cable maker but I have been in IT for over 30yrs now and have made more than my fair share of cables. I tried 4 different times each at different spots from the beginning of the roll at 25, 50 and 75 feet in all with same results and shorts of varying levels. I’m using a decent Klein stripper, and crimper tool and high quality RJ45 ends… nothing worked. So as far as I can tell there is something going on inside the jacket of this cable and shorting it out. Unfortunately I don’t have a $2000 Fluke to tell me where its at. I dont make enough cables for home here to justify such an expensive tool.

Not solid copper cat5e, not UL rated, not recommended for POE

Aluminum with copper coating, not recommended for POE, not UL, box breaks easily

You will spend more time pulling out kinks with cheap wire.

Constantly kinks in the box. If you have someone babysitting the box it might be ok, but for one guy that's a lot of walking back and forth.
