I have used kneeling chairs for the past 10 years. This was the worst most uncomfortable kneeling chair (even with adjustments). I had to send it back -- and pay for it. Not shopping VIVO again.

Takes some getting used to

The product overall is good quality. Fast shipping. Easy to follow instructions. It does have a learning curve to be able to use it for several hours. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and was able to stay on it for over an hour for the first time just the other day. At first my legs and feet were falling asleep fairly quickly. It has helped with my posture which was the impetus for purchasing it. So overall, I’m happy with the purchase and will stick to it.
