Create a comfortable and more ergonomic workspace with new Adjustable Heavy Duty Footrest from VIVO. This footrest is designed for workers who sit or stand all day with little ergonomic support. The steel frame is only 14.4" x 15.7" at its widest point, taking up minimal space while providing substantial benefits. Elevating feet and legs while sitting reduces physical stress and can support better posture. If you start to feel exhaustion in your legs and feet after standing or sitting for a long time, simply prop a foot up on the stand to alleviate some of that tension.

My foot pain that has been annoying me for years is finally going away
Wish I had found this earlier

Lowest level is still too high

I purchased this specific model because of the off the ground plate where the two legs leave room for a chair wheel to fit and not bump with the foot rest. This would work better with chairs that go much higher than regular office chairs. I wish there was one more slot where the foot rest could be lowered to. I'm even wondering how I can make two extra holes myself. As is I cannot find comfort to use as often as I wish.

Short people look no further... Seriously!

Let me start off with some context: I'm 5 feet, work from home (now), and for as long as I could remember working in an office, I've ALWAYS had issues being comfortable at any desk because 1) the desks were too high, 2) the chairs were too big, and 3) the generic foot rests were too short and would get in the way of the wheel chairs. This led me to prop myself up with random things, like sitting on pillows and sweaters to boost myself up and I'd literally use a bankers box as my foot rest because it was the only thing around that was high enough for my feet to not dangle. If I sat long enough, my back would definitely ache but my job responsibilities at the time didn't require me to sit at my desk for so long, I was moreso on my feet than sitting down so I was ok with makeshifting my work area.Since I'm now permanently working from home, I knew I had to actually invest in a proper desk set up or else my back would ache for hours on end. Not going to lie, I tried to get away with using random Amazon boxes as my foot rest but always at the end of the day, I found myself in so much back pain because I wasn't sitting properly during work hours. But once I realized that I absolutely needed to invest in my work space, I'd say I've spent over $500 just to get it right: I bought myself a suitable desk, a fancy ergonomic chair, a back pillow, so all I was missing was a foot rest.I'll be honest, I'm one of those people who would read dozens and dozens of positive reviews, but once I read a bad one, I'll most likely rule out the product entirely. I don't know why I'm like this, maybe I'm just really frugal with my money, maybe I don't like returning things, maybe I'm pessimistic, but there was this one review that I read here that automatically sold me and I bought this immediately. She said she was short also, her feet dangles, and the space underneath the foot rest gave way for the chair wheel to roll right up without clanking into anything. It was everything I've always had issues with!Anyways, I had to do my due diligence and write a long review for this because it really has changed the way I view comfortability and how it goes hand in hand with taking care of yourself and listening to your body, even if it means spending just a little bit more than the average foot rest. If you're wondering or are on the fence about this, please just buy it, your body will thank you so much.

It squeaks everytime you move

Not comfortable or ergonomic for me. I have tried to adjust it to fit my needs but I have never even come close to finding that "sweet spot".As someone mentioned above, it slides around. And yes, it is a cat fur magnet but oh my goodness, it squeaks anytime you move and that drives me nuts. If it was one or two things I wouldn't write a negative review but it fails on all fronts for me.
