Single Monitor Desk Mount

This isn't so much a review of the product - its my second one, so obviously I like them because I am a return customer.The image shows what I received though. This is the base (the part you actually have to stare at on the desk) and as you can see, it's clearly been used. No it's not from shipping, this part was wrapped in its plastic. It's a solid piece of steel, it is still perfectly usable, but really ... when you buy something new you expect new. The box itself looks like it was retaped.To Amazon's credit (via chat) they refunded me but they can do that on a sub $50 item because they are a billion dollar bank. Keep the customer happy. Didn't really care about the actual issue or even seeing the above photo. I guess I should just not complain, right? I was made whole.But ethics. Some people still care.PS - These are great monitor arms!!!! (Hence my high star rating on a sub-optimal review)

Not much else to say,This monitor mount mounts monitors to things you want to mount the monitor to.I give it a 100 out of 100.

really like the range of motion on these. I have a corner desk with a fixed overhead so being able to lower the monitors enough while still being up enough to improve line of sight made these perfectly acceptable.

Box was also super beat up and item was dirty

Wasn't expecting much from a product so much cheaper than even Amazon Basics brands. Blew me away! Works perfectly, and everything is very thoughtfully arranged.Favorite part, though, is that every single possible accessory that I never thought of is included, as well as extra parts for clumsy people like me. Seems very sturdy on my new desk and I haven't had any issues.
