All adjustment parts (levers) have broken off after one year of use. The adjustment action of the seat was never smooth and would often catch at the halfway-mark. Sitting on it, the height would slowly lower and bottom out (I am 175lbs). This is a very expensive piece of garbage.
Very quietly moves up and down. The mat on you feet is about a 7 out of 10 on the comfort level. I'm 6'4" with long legs and it rises just below my hip. You may need to buy a seat cushion as well, the one provided is about a 3 of 10 on the comfort level. Very happy with the purchase though it may be a tad overpriced.
The concept behind the product was great. But after using it for 10-20 minutes your shins start to hurt and your back to sitting. While sitting, since it has no back support it starts to hurt my back not too long after. Almost every position I tried had me uncomfortable. Honestly not worth the money.
I started using it every day and notices that my back started to hurt. The seat is super hard and when you are standing it hits your pelvic bone . After a while the whole spine is on fire. I had my husband create a new soft seat for me. Trying and see if that helps. If not I am done with it.
The chair is great. It literally saved me from back pain. It's sturdy enough to lean on it or sit on it. Oh! And I'm almost 250lbs.My review is mostly about the customer service. There was some wear and tear on the seat cushion next to the handle and I reached out to Vivo to see if I could purchase a new cushion. Within minutes, I got a request to send a picture and an offer to ship a replacement at no cost. This experience alone makes me swear by Vivo. A brand that stand behind their products is rare and valuable these days.
