there are no threads on the countersunk holes on support bracket. I can't even begin to assemble it. an incredible waste of time and money

Good quality. Exactly what I was looking for.

I like that this is adjustable to different desks, it can't adjust to some considerably thick desks. I like that there's a drawer and it slides out. It's a bit heavy, but pretty durable. This definitely stays in place once it's tightened to your desk as well. The look is nice and it makes sense. The only thing I don't care for is that the the whole thing and the drawer don't always slide out seamlessly. But, that's a small annoyance, and doesn't stop this from functioning well, overall. I also want to note that the instructions really didn't help for this product. The screws were not labeled, and we had to guess which ones to use where. It was common sense for us, but for someone who isn't handy with tools and hardware, this could be pretty hard to assemble, if not impossible. The pictures didn't do well either, it didn't explain much of anything so be aware of that when purchasing this.Overall, the product is well made and works good for us.

This tray has seriously decluttered my desk, and the drawer is super handy. Installation was a chore but worth it in the end.
