Amazing costumer service

I needed plastic slide to click in upper cable holders replaced. Andddd it’ll be shipped free of charge to me that’s amazing

Plastic slide to click in cable holder snaps/breaks

I cable manage a lot. And when I change my mind only twice on how I run my cables I needed to take off the plastic bits that clip/slide into the arm stand. The plastic teeth that hold the plastic cable holder in place snapped off, 3/4 of them on one side, and 4/4 on the other. Only ran 2 cables through each. Not thick ones either. I just wanna know if I could find out if replacement parts are available/ could be sent to me? Just the plastic slide in cable holders, that would be great. Bought my Vivo V002O dual mount stand on Amazon. Not off here. But that makes no difference. I would like to know. Thank you.

Best purchase for my working from home set up!

I waited way too long to make my decision and finally order this! I have a sit/stand desk and the top tier had limited space as a result of the monitor stands I was using. Even though it says it can mount upto 32’’ monitor but when i mounted 27’’ monitor the legs just coming down

Have an old metal desk with a 4/8 - 1/2 in lip

My problem is when I put the weight and pressure on the arms, the clamp/stand leans in and the clamp will disengage from the edge. I think I saw a flat stand that sits on the desk top that will also work with the twin full adjustable arms with two monitors. Please advise as to how to get the desktop flat stand upgrade to sit on the desktop. Thanks
