Did not hold up my 34" 15lb monitor as advertised.

Despite saying it supported a monitor of 34" 15lbs, it did not. I really wanted it to work too. Not difficult to put together but takes some time to get everything setup. I hated having to box it back up. Not sure how to improve on the ability to adjust this or strengthen its ability to support the monitors it claims to but otherwise would have been a great product.

Monitor sags terribly

Unfortunately it did not occur to me to take a picture, but I have to tell anyone who will listen that this arm does not support what it claims to support… I have used Vivo monitor arms in the past, specifically for a dual monitor set up I was using for work in 2020 and part of 2021… So I did not think to read the reviews for this arm, that was a mistake. I installed the monitor arm, and placed my lg 34wp65c-b monitor into it. And this monitor arm absolutely would not under any circumstance hold the monitor upright, it sagged down terribly, no matter how much I tightened the adjustments. That monitor is ONLY 12.4 LBS. There is no reason that the weight of that monitor should have been too much. I have since gotten an Ergear single monitor arm which has done a MUCH better job and offers much more flexibility in motion too.

VESA plate cannot support weight

Arm is good quality and sturdy enough; however the part that holds the vesa plate cannot support the weight of a 34" 19 lb monitor despite being within allowable specs. Monitor will fall forward uselessly everytime.

Sturdy and flexible extender!

Bought this so I could attach my iPad Air to my treadmill and have it be at eye level while walking/running. It works perfectly.

Doesn't hold up to weight listed

I selected this one because my older monitor was under the max weight, and it was over for some other brands. However, it still does not hold the monitor up, no matter how much I tighten the parts you can adjust. It gives at a non adjustable point, so I am having to support it with books for now. It's probably a good stand for very light monitors, but the weight limits need to be listed much lower. I won't be returning due to it being fairly complicated to put together and will work with it by supporting it with other items, but I do wish the weight limit listed had been more realistic.
