I love this machine!

I useThis cotton candy machine for a rental business and so far it’s been Great! Just try to run it often or else it will make a loud screeching noise and you may have to replace the orange piece that it comes with the round thing. I had to do it because I didn’t run it often enough and it started to get jammed up and make a loud screeching noise. It was very hard! But I got it.

This is a super cute machine. I love the color and the fun cart. We’ve made lots of cotton candy. It’s super easy to use and easy to clean. When you’re done just pour some water into it while it’s still hot and it basically cleans itself. My only complaint is that the sugar spews out before melting and there is a build up of sugar crystals around the edge of the bowl. I have no idea why it does this and no idea how to prevent it. This machine works great for rolling onto the cone. You get a nice big fluffy cone. I like to bag the cotton candy and would like to be able to just let it go out into the bowl like I’ve seen in some YouTube videos, but because of the build up of the sugar crystals around the edge of the bowl, I can’t do that. I’d give 5 stars if I could figure out how to prevent the sugar from spewing out like that.

Really fun to use and super easy. We paired the machine with some flavor packets and have enjoyed multiple tasting sessions.Kool-aid mixed with sugar tastes GREAT. And Jolly Ranchers also spin well.Love this machine. It is large...think about where it will live.

About Product
Cotton candy cart from VIVO. The CANDY-V002 is an electric (1030W) cotton candy machine for home or commercial use that can produce up to 2-3 servings of cotton candy per minute. Just turn it on, wait for it to warm up (about 5 min), pour in the sugar and this machine starts producing cotton candy as fast as you can collect it. Kit includes cotton candy machine, a large 20" stainless steel bowl, cart/stand with wheels, cash drawer, sugar scoop, manual and spare parts kit. Please Note: This machine will only work on 110V / 60Hz power. (If you want a clear bubble shield that goes over top of the steel bowl to help contain/collect the cotton candy, we sell them separately, model CANDY-V003).
