A Dollar Tree Drawer

Have you ever walked into Ikea to buy an item that was on sale and very cheap, and after you assemble it, you realized why? This is exactly what that feeling is, except it's not even cheap nor nor on sale.
This drawer would have been a nice addition for my limited storage space on my (Ikea) table top (not a cheap one). I would have normally bought an Ikea drawer, but this drawer's concept seemed so cool. I received the drawer in three large boxes. While assembling the drawer, I not only noticed a cheaply made wooden drawer, but also paint chipping. The screws, specially the cam-locking screws, chipped the wood and the paint. After assembling using the confusing manual, I noticed a large wobble in the drawer. I disassembled the whole drawer again to retighten all the screws, all except the cam lock nut would tighten pretty well. I emailed support inquiring about the wobble and the
"technician" said that "this is a normal amount of wobble. The cam lock screws allow for a little flex, but it is still locked in." I thought that was fine until I put the drawer on my desk and realized that the drawer looks not only hideous but also collapsible with just a little weight.
I contact support to return the item because the drawer was just way to cheaply built and not sturdy. Support email back saying that I not only have to pay for the return shipping, but also they would deduct the amount of label from the return. I realized this company has a terrible return policy, unlike many others that cover the cost of return if customers are not satisfied. I really didn't care about the return cost nor shipping (which would be like $20 back bc it's heavy and in a large box), it's the company's principal that really show's its true colors.
I would steer clear of this product and this company in general. Support is fine, but returns are terrible and I would not be surprised if the company charged me for "damaging" their shitty drawer while assembling or during the ship back.
I'll take a McFlurry for wasting my damn time with this.
