Worked great - until it didn't

I have had the stand up desk manual converter for what seems like forever. It worked great until it didn't. The left wire up/down cable snapped. I work at a service garage for cars. A technician states he can fix it - if I can find a cable - to fix it. Please let me know if a replacement cable is available.

Quality Product Easy to Setup

Buy your standing desk converter here! This product arrived fast and was so easy to setup. I chose the 48-inch product and have two large monitors on each side plus a laptop setup in the middle. The functionality of raising and lowering the platform is smooth and easy. I first bought one through Amazon and it was so heavy and broken when I received it. Don't make the same mistake I did. This product was less costly, better quality, and arrived faster and fully assembled (except for the keyboard tray, which as a snap to install and included all the hardware - you will need a philips head screwdriver). I'm absolutely delighted!

Got from a neighbor

I have been wanting a standard desk for the longest time. My neighbor had one and it was all the way down. When he gave it to me, he put it up. And we had a conversation for about 10 minutes or so he leaves. I put the stand up desk on my table. And now it will not come back down. I didn't pay anything for it but I looked it up to see what could be wrong and it said about the Springs. Well now I'm trying to purchase the Springs and cannot find the parts to fix it, so him walking it down to my apartment and me trying to use it is not useless.. Probably would have been a great product.If I had gotten it new but from other reviews , I see that you can only get about good months out of it before it's rendered useless.

The 48 Inch Model Fits A Full Size Keyboard and Mouse Pad!

I have looked all over for standing desk converters and this is the only one I've found that truly allows for my full size keyboard and mouse pad with wrist wrest.

I have the mouse pad that is the classic bean shape with the wrist rest at the bottom of the bean.

In a perfect world I would like to see:
-An increase the width of the keyboard tray to reach out towards the standing user by 1-2 inches
OR
-A raised lip at the back of the tray to stop the keyboard from being accidentally pushed off the tray. This isn't a huge issue but I may modify the tray myself to prevent it

Worked Great ....Until it Didn't

I have been successfully using this product for about 2 1/2 years. This week I was surprised when one of the wire cables that allows for raising and lowering of the desk space broke. I was fortunate to have another desk available, but can't locate the parts needed to fix the broken unit. The standing desks work great ... until they don't.
