I wanted to like these legs. But after installing them on the top I made, they didn't work - got an error E10 on the controller. Contacted Vivo service (who were very responsive), got replacement legs, same issue. Contacted support again, got a replacement controller, same issue. AT the end of the day, these just don't work. Will be fully returning them and try a (hopefully) better quality brand.

I like this a lot. I wanted to add my own desktop and this fit the bill. It arrived quickly and eas easy enough to assemble, but then it had problems lowering resulting in error codes. I contacted support and they responded almost immediately (and this was after hours on a Friday), not until Monday was I able to talk with someone, but we got a tech on the phone and resolved the problem quickly. Excellent customer support. The trouble was a loose wire that was quickly fixed. It now works flawlessly!
The frame seems very solid and has no problem holding and moving weight. The problem is in the controller unit. Both motors on the desk work fine, but my controller went bad after only about a month. It’s been workin intermittently for awhile, but it just finally gave out. I also can’t seem to get support for a replacement.
There is nothing to like. Immediately on building I was presented with an E10 error. I was able to get by this, and then my desk decided to get stuck at angle at the highest position with no way of lowering.Awesome. So I call tech support.“It’s likely the control panel, we’ll ship another out.”Awesome, thanks.Install that. E10.Call back. “Yeah well it might be one of the legs we can ship you one of those.”Great.Go to install and the screw holes don’t line up.What kind of janky desk company is this?I’m now 3 shipments in without a functioning desk.Avoid.
