A well thought item

Had I gotten the adapter for the right monitor model I'm sure it would have worked a lot better, but with a combination of time and will, I was able to make it work. Not all Asus monitors are made the same I guess, but I couldn't find more than one Vivo model for that brand in my search, which is the reason I'm giving it only 4 stars.

Fits my Asus Monitor MX27UC

Great product, I now have my Sis MX27uC monitor on this adapter which is then connected to an adjustable arm, works great!

Doesnt Fit my Monitor.

I have a asus VX248, and it does not fit my stand. When you google this monitor with a mount adapter it suggest this adapter but it still does not fit.The screw that goes into the bottom does not line up properly to attach and secure the mount adapter. Both pieces do fit tightly around the stand but they do not line up correctly to secure the bottom.Just make sure before purchasing you have the exact same model listed.

Missing hardware, shipped carelessly, caution using certain monitor arms!

Shipped in a very easily puncturable box, bag inside was slightly ripped which is most likely why I was missing hardware. Beware of 27 inch monitors on certain Monitor arms the monitor falls forward very easily because the way the bracket has to mount(this is just a caution for certain monitor arms this product may not cause that issue with other monitor arms) the one I used is a Huanuo brand.

Works like a champ

Does everything it is suppose to do. Easy to assemble and sturdy. My only grip is that it sticks an extra 5 inches or so from the main VESA bracket but no way to really fix it. You will need to just adapt your desk arrangement.
