Clamp-on Height Adjustable Keyboard Tray

This has helped me out a lot and is a great and cheaper solution to buying a motorized standing desk. Well built product, all the parts are sturdy and handsomely manufactured. Putting it together was pretty easy, it took almost 20 minutes. The instruction sheet is well done but I think the illustrations could be better, if you are no paying close attention, it can be easy to put a bracket on backwards. The YouTube video helps clarify the direction of the parts. Sit at your desk and measure where you want the tray to land to avoid clamping the whole thing to your desk more than once.

The guide rails could be better. They frequently stick, which seems mostly due to not sliding out evenly at the same time. You have to pull the tray in and out directly from the middle or with one hand on each side. When it does this, it doesn't go back under the desk completely; I have to give it a firm shove on the corner (it's usually the right side) to fix it.

This VIVO clam-on keyboard tray was the only one I could find with clamps large enough to accommodate my desk. Despite the claim that it could not be used on a desk with a undercarriage frame, these clamps are holding fast. I am very pleased with this purchase. And to sweeten the pot, I ordered this directly from VIVO, bypassing Amazon, and paid the same price and got free delivery the very next day. I would definitely recommend VIVO products and company.

It was easy to install, i just needed to play around a bit securing both sides tightly so the tray would keep straight when i pushed it in or out. If you leave one side a bit lose the tray will tilt to the right or left when pushed

I chose the adjustable keyboard tray specifically for that feature, however, the screws that keep the tray level at the selected height are pretty useless. Day 1 was ok, but by day 2 one of the screws had abandoned ship entirely. I tried the extra screws as well, but nothing would stay in/catch the thread.

The rest are still there, but they aren't really able to sink far enough into the bracket to hold the tray steady, so it tilts down toward me and the only way to keep it level is to have it entirely under my desk. Would not purchase again or recommend.

Sturdy and works as advertised. My only complaint is that the sliding rails do not lock evenly when the tray is fully extracted.
