Great product but hiding the wires was a pain

Great product but the area where you hide the wires is SCREWED IN. Kind of annoying bc I already mounted it to my desk and the monitors so had to unscrew and redo it at a weird angle lol. I wish there was an easy way to take off those panels. Other than that, super easy. Came with everything you need.

Instead of including the mounting hardware I got a broken laser pointer! Now, I understand that I can return it and get a refund. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO! It is a reasonable expectation that the package will include the necessary parts and not include a broken laser pointer.

It works

It's a little bit wobbly, but not really moreso than the original stand, so I won't complain! It works to mount my old Samsung U28D590D, freeing up some much-needed desk space.

Works as intended but flimsy.

This adapter works like a charm. It is, however, flimsy. when you barely nock the desk, it wriggles under the weight of my 27" monitor. My 32" barely moves with its bracket. A thicker gage material would be a lot better, but it does work as intended and I am ultimately happy.
