rubber grips came loose

Had my 4th gen iPad Air clamped in this for about a month straight until i noticed all of the rubber grips were releasing from their glue and were sliding out from underneath the iPad. I peeled them off and put them back in place, but now even keeping the iPad on the mount for a few hours causes them to shift again.I suppose I could try to superglue them back in place, but surely there's a better design for something so integral to keeping the device in place without scratching it than just some sticker/glue.It's quite sturdy otherwise, although honestly it's difficult to rotate/tilt without starting to fear breaking the iPad or arms of the stand until it begins moving.

Perfect Mount for iPad

I recently got a new iPad Pro 12.9". I want to use the iPad next to my primary computer screen. I have computer monitor arms already in place, but I needed a mount for the iPad. iPads are tablets and are meant to be used wherever, so the mount for the iPad has to be easy to load and unload. The VIVO Universal VESA Mount Adapter has fit the bill PERFECTLY! It was easy to set up. The upper arms are adjustable with screws and I set those once. The bottom arms are spring loaded, so when loading or unloading the iPad I just slightly push down on the iPad to lower the arms and then slide the iPad in or out. The springs are strong enough to contract and hold the iPad firmly against the upper arms. The one possible negative to this mount adapter is that it is not able to hold an iPad 12.9" in the portrait position, only in the landscape position. Based on the specifications, I knew that. I rarely use an iPad in the portrait position, so for me this is not an issue, but for others it could be, so beware. It think all other iPads (as of January 2022) could fit in the portrait position.Bottom line, I am loving this VESA Mount Adapter for use with my iPad Pro.
