Keyboard tray issues

Keyboard tray is not very sturdy and shakes when you are trying to type. In some positions the keayboard tray will not tilt or is not level.

wrong tool provided to adjust pivit points

The allen wrench provided does not fit 2 of the 3 of the allen bolts needed to provide for the proper/desired tension on the swing arms. Otherwise, this is a very good way to mount the monitor and keyboard. If all bolts were the same size or if the proper wrenches were included (not just one size) OR tell the buyer what size wrenches to use, then this would be a product someone could recommend.

easy to install

having installed several other types on concrete block walls, this one is definitely the most forgiving and easiest to install. it is cheaper than other ones and comes with a CPU cradle in the box. good deal.

The Keyboard tray / arm doesn't hold much tension.

I love the set up for my security system, but if I had to work on this everyday, I would not be able to function with the tension / weight threshold of the keyboard tray / arm. It isn't enough.

The clamps slide down from the pole no matter how tight they are :(

NOT RECOMMENDED! The monitor clamp attached to the rod slowly slides down the rod, bringing the monitor down, no matter how tight I tighten it. And the "arm" itself, holding up the monitor, wanders. It doesn't stay where you set it. It only likes to be all the way up or all the way down. The in-between zones just don't hold. The keyboard stand is huge (I have a little wireless Mac Magic Keyboard), and it's crooked no matter what I try (the left side is slightly higher than the right), and the whole thing wobbles a great deal when you type.Overall, I am super super disappointed in this purchase. I had high hopes and was really looking forward to it solving many of my issues.
