it works but...

It works, the range is not all that great, you have to adjust to the location of the screen rather then adjusting the screens to you. It might be that my left monitor is a bit old and a bit heavy, but it will not stay in the highest position, which for me being tall, is a pain in the back and neck. It definitely helped clear out space on my desk though and it was much needed.

Arms are too stuff

I have the set screws almost entirely removed and the 2nd arm is painfully stiff to spin, so much so that the bottom keeps spinning instead making this horrible to adjust. I tried tightening the bottom to help, but the 2nd arm is just so stiff. Also the pads on the bottom are thin and they don't supply extras, so it will scratch your desk. I had to use some furniture pads.

Wolf in sheep's clothing

The packaged I received does not look like the VIVO Premium Aluminum Full Motion Dual Monitor Desk Mount I've ordered at all.The package I received looks like a joke. Look at the pictures.

Is ok, could be better

First off - the exact model I received is a mechanical (NOT pneumatic) style of monitor arm, and that is what I wanted. However, you will find a lot of confusing information elsewhere about which this is - even the box and the manual calls it pneumatic!Otherwise, it's mostly good - nice and sturdy, dead simple to put together. Some of the included VESA mount screws were too long for one of my monitors, but I was able to substitute the monitor's own screws without issue. The main thing that I find somewhat disappointing is that the monitors have some play in the rotation axis - other reviews call this out as probably being an issue with the plastic shoe that the monitor attaches to. Monitors are stable enough if you're not touching them, but pressing buttons is enough to cause them to rock slightly on that axis.So in the end... it's fine. I plan to continue using it indefinitely, I can live with it - but for others looking at monitor arms to buy, I would suggest closely looking at other models for something better
