The holder itself adjusts from 7.3" to 12" to accommodate your PC’s width and is 5.3” tall, and 17" in length, so cases with thicker builds are well within range.

An open frame keeps the sides of your PC exposed, which is the whole point if you've got a case with a tempered glass panel and lighting inside. Drywall installations are rated to 22 lbs (10 kg).
